Welcome to Sage Construction, a complete solution to your building and maintenance needs in the North West of England.
The customer always comes first, as far as Sage Construction is concerned, and with every job project-managed from start to finish, customers need never worry about having to arrange and co-ordinate the various tradesmen needed. Whether it’s a simple kitchen or bathroom repair job, a new wetroom, loft extension, roof, rewiring, outside flagging, drains, electrical work or painting and decorating, Sage does it all from beginning to end.
Managing Director Gary Bates has more than 25 years’ experience in the building and maintenance industry as a contractor and sub-contractor.
All those years of experience in the building and maintenance industry have left him in no doubt as to where his priorities lie: “Customer service is everything to us. Happy customers recommend us to family and friends and these recommendations are what keeps the company going. Customer service is paramount to us.”
But it’s not all about money for Gary, for he recently worked on a number of charitable projects including BBC TV’s DIY SOS, where he donated his skills, tools and labour in helping with the big build of the Norris Green Youth Centre, Liverpool, and the food bank in South Liverpool.
Gary also keeps up to date with current best practice in the industry, to ensure a tip-top service for clients and to keep its tradesmen safe.
Sage is very much a family-run business. Sharon Bates is the office manager. If you call the office any time you are likely to speak to Sharon, who is great at keeping everything organised and on track.
Sage employs a number of tradesmen with a wide variety of skills including painters, plumbers, electricians, gas engineers, bricklayers and joiners.
Sage makes the following customer pledge:
“As a leader in providing fully project-managed quality building solutions, our pledge is to establish long lasting relationships with our customers, who are the lifeblood of any business. Our team members are expected to give exceptional service at all times.”
